My first experience with WordPress started with this organization when I helped customize a theme for their website redesign. It was a great experience and they ended up with a decent design that they enjoyed, but one that I knew I could do better with. Since then, I have learned a lot and decided to become a WordPress designer. Just recently, I donated a new design for their website. I started with Divi and although this was an OK platform, it just wasn't giving me quite what I needed. Near the end of the project, I somehow found Beaver Builder and I knew I needed it! After rescuing all the content wrapped in Divi shortcode, I was able to jump in to designing the new site with Beaver Builder in no time. This site is using the Builder with the Beaver Builder theme and I finished the design in half the time it took with Divi. On top of that, I was able to give the client a front-end editor. They love their new design and I'm happy with it, too.
